If you wish to delete your LifeAlign account and associated data, please follow the steps below:
Option 1 – In-app
Open the LifeAlign app
Click on the 'Profile' icon
Under the App section, select “Delete Account”
Confirm deletion
Option 2 – Email request
Send an email to: apps@ssdynamicinfra.in with subject: Delete My Account
Include:
Registered email ID
Reason (optional)
What data will be deleted
Profile information
App usage data
Quiz history
Retention
Some records may be retained for up to 30 days for legal/compliance purposes.
